Either way its still a love of what we do. I have been in construction for over 35 years now and as I always say when it quits being fun I will quit. there is a satisfying feeling when you start up a project and move dirt around and some months later there are people setting at a desk with a picture of there kids. You see it as a part of you. The diverse clients and subcontractor/vendors that you meet and work with becomes part of your work family. Yes we all know some trades give us a fit thru a project, however, it is our responsibility to help them over the finish line when they fall. I give thanks to Gary the person that I gladly came back to work for, he taught me a very long time ago that treat everyone like a client because we need them. I have always tried to follow this philosophy thru my career. the rewards of this success is subcontractors being willing to follow you to other projects. Remember that as long as the good days out weigh the bad days you are successful. James
